ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Our 2023 meeting is a double celebration, marking 20 years of the Neuropsychological Rehabilitation Special Interest Group and 20 years of clinical neuropsychology training at the University of Glasgow. Our focus is broad and the meeting will appeal to the whole multidisciplinary team, covering issues from diagnostic assessment through to intervention, from theory to practice, and from the lab to the clinic, across the lifespan.
We think NR-SIG meetings are special. Many delegates are loyal attenders and form a cohesive group, fully engaged from beginning to end thanks to the plenary format – there are no parallel sessions. If you’d like the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in research and practice and meet with colleagues in the world’s friendliest city, please join us!
We hope that many delegates will travel to Glasgow to attend but we will be adopting a hybrid format so that those unable to join in person can participate online. Video recordings will be available for 90 days after the event.
Submissions across a wide range of topics are sought, including:
• neurological disorders across the lifespan
• empirical studies evaluating treatment programs (group studies, single-subject designs, case descriptions)
• development of assessment instruments,
• family and carer issues,
• technological applications and advances,
• service development and clinical initiatives,
• theoretical models,
• cultural issues,
• interdisciplinary approaches,
• social policy,
• pharmacological interventions,
• topic reviews
